Found the results kinda surprising, especially how much his strength on the one arm hang increased. Although he admits he can't solely attribute it to his diet.
Tbh, I deleted him from Insta a while back because he just posted endlessly about nutrition and that's not really why I was following him. But I thought this video of his was interesting.
Fair play to him for even managing to just eat 15 odd McDonalds burger patties a day, for 2 months. I'd get so bored.
