Cirrocumulus?

Not sure but the Aussie bloke seems to think they're being created/manipulated by some seriously sinister Big Government-type shenanigans. He needs to get his head out of his ar*se and realise why no-one else is looking up or concerned: it's because they are JUST CLOUDS, not something generated by a 5G phone mast.

Oh no, I think I've just helped start a long and futile thread whereby a delusional conspiracy theorist tries to propagate yet another crank idea based on nothing more than Youtube clips - sh*t!!!

It's not weather engineering, they are contrails from humongous invisible spaceships.

Surely aliens clever enough to build invisible spaceships would use smokeless fuel? Are you partaking down your own pub?

In reply to paul mitchell:

Probably altocumulus. Hard to be sure in a picture but they look too big (i.e. low) for cirrocumulus.

I'd agree that it's altocumulus (altocu perlucidus if you want to be pointlessly precise), probably 15,000-18,000 FT* high at a guess so not far of being cirrocumulus.

*Rough estimate but I do get paid to look at clouds - amongst other things!

Excellent!! I think down in Queensland they're prone to see the Alcocumulus Ambernectarcus type more often than not.
