How come Call-me-Dave is so au fait with the concept of a greased piglet?

I don't like to think about it, but it's a good nickname for Johnson. Cameron's only useful contribution to the Brexit shambles so far.

Maybe a phrase in common usage in the Bullingdon Club? I've only heard it used once before: Boris Johnson describing Charles Branson on HIGNFY, as he had reared up to fight prison officers.
