People register patents so as to defend the copyright of the idea. To protect an investment. 5G is about making profit. Morality does not enter the equation.  This patent shows diagrams for weapon applications of 5G.

Did you just read the abstract?

“Target” here means “receiver” not “victim”.

In reply to paul mitchell:

I don't see any weapons.  It looks like they want to put fancy steerable 5G antennas in lamposts.

You could think of a high power antenna as being like a floodlight that tries to illuminate a large area, their idea is to have something more like a steerable torch that points a narrower beam at the person who wants to use their phone.

If you are scared of RF energy that's a step forward - it actually says one of their goals is to reduce cancer risk.

Like many patents they have a ton of half-arsed use cases chucked in.  That's because they are trying to cover all the bases because they don't know what people are going to be doing 10 years in the future and they want to make sure their patent reads on whatever actually happens in the marketplace.  It doesn't mean they have any intention of building all the stuff they disclose.

Scroll down to the     diagrams of apparatus being mounted on a truck or   drone.

It also mentions that the device is capable of machine learning, being part of a neural network.

That implies surveillance. Many streetlights now contain built in cameras. In California, some have microphones.

I think you’re onto something.

5g. The fifth letter of the alphabet is E. G is the seventh. Thus, 5g is code for E7. E7 is sergeant first class, or SFC. And SFC is the Specialist Firearms Command.

I saw a commercial about 5g. In this commercial the fire department is using the 5g technology to see inside a building that is on fire. With the technology the fire department can see everything without being blinded by smoke from the fire. It was exactly perfect and they could see everything like seeing through the walls. I believe that 5g is not only a weapon but it is a surveillance device system. With this technology the government law enforcement agencies can see through the walls of your home. They can even see the amount of turds that you just shit into the toilet. They can watch you have sex and they will be able to see into everyone's house. Its coming so get ready.''

This patent has nothing to do with the microwave crowd control systems, which have nothing to do with 5g.

The patent does give examples of how it could be used to detect pollution or drug odours, plus an example of how a microphone array could triangulate the sound of gunfire. Again this has nothing to do with the 5g component of the system. Acoustic weapon locating has been used since WW2, so it's hardly a new super weapon.

Are all these posts some elaborate wind-up?

Nothing to do with ? Why does the patent show  the appliance mounted to a truck? The same kind of truck seen in the video. It is a microwave  technology. 5G is a microwave. Microwave in the streetlight, microwave on the  military truck. The one patent shows us both ideas in one place, linked. Zero imagination required. Yet you still can't see it. This kind of blindness is what they rely on.

Off you go then Euan.   I suggest instead you look at Google Scholar. Search under ''microwave and cancer '' and see how many hundreds of papers you  see pop up on screen.Papers written by neurologists, microbiologists, oncologists. No mention of illuminati in these papers. So easy to take the mick,so lazy not to do any research of your own.

I clicked on it for you. Start wading. Tons of data  here. No illuminati mentioned.   https://scholar.google.co.uk/scholar?hl=en&as_sdt=0%2C5&q=microwave...

5G is about profit. Wake up.   ''The total amount of money that GE has earned from selling information garnered from their street light cameras is currently unknown, though California Globe claims it to be over 1 billion USD. What is known, is that GE earned 30 million USD from San Diego’s city council to install these cameras and microphones in street lights under the guise of looking at traffic flows and environmental data and has the legal, government granted rights to sell whatever “source data” is gleaned from the surveillance equipment.''

Why? Surveillance .   But of course, surveillance is for our own safety...not remotely is it about data manipulation and social control. See the social credit system in China. Seems things there have got a tad out of hand. Wuhan had a double whammy. It has a large virus research institute, sited just  300 metres from the sea food market. Wuhan also has thousands of 5g towers. Now 400 million Chinese are locked up in their own homes. Go on Twitter and you  can see piles of bodies in the streets. Just search ''corpses Wuhan.'' Those corpses  are not imaginary. Think on. Wake up.

So, surveillance old chap.  Now you can go back to your minor distractions on your ''smart '' phone.

This guy sounds like he knows what he is talking about ("I saw a commercial") and isn't paranoid at all, I would believe him... (there is a 'sarcasm is good for you' thread on UKC at the mo)

It's so hard to contribute to this conversation as youre all over the place! Does 5g cause cancer? Or is it a weapon? Or is it for data collection and control? Or did it cause the corona virus! And when someone does try and engage a point you start a barely connected almost incoherent point about something else! Have you gone wrong? We're you an early adopter or 5g and this is the result!?

I wouldn't lose a minutes sleep if the street lights in Leeds had built in cameras. I wouldn't need the cameras on my house and workshop if that were the case.

Because unless you are the NSA/GCHQ/Unit 61398 or google/apple its quite hard to tap into that.

Whereas local police/owners of land the lampposts are an easier option.

Looking at that patent although its legalise it just seems to be saying about lots of micro antennas rather than the existing big mast approach.

> I saw a commercial about 5g. In this commercial the fire department is using the 5g technology to see inside a building that is on fire

There is various proof of concepts showing the ability to see through walls etc using existing wifi.

The frequency range and power levels on the Active Denial System microwave weapon and 5G cellular are different.  The military system is at 95GHz with a 30kW power, 5G cellular from a guy in the street to a beam forming antenna in a nearby streetlight will be in the milliwatts i.e. about a million times less power.

The design intent is completely different.  The military system is about getting lots of energy onto somebody's skin to burn them, the 5G system is about using the minimum possible energy to transmit large amounts of data.

Serious question - why do you repeatedly post this stuff on here in full knowledge that almost everyone will debunk your research and links, mock you a bit, and express concern about your mental well-being, whilst you you yourself will not accept any counter-arguments to your posts?
What is it that you want? Are you trying to “convert” the readers of the the UKC forums into an anti-microwave protest group? Or do you just want confirmation that all these ideas are true? If it is the latter, then surely there are forums solely dedicated to discussing nefarious uses of microwave technologies by governments, corporations and authorities. You might actually enjoy yourself more on those, where everyone will nod and agree with you

Any actual patent application for a weapons system would almost certainly be judged prejudicial to national security and kept secret, so you don't need to worry.

All modern mobile phone systems imply surveillance, if they don't know where your phone is on the network you don't get your calls.

In reply to paul mitchell:

Having actually read the patent I can state it's absolutely worthless because beamforming is already done by equipment that doesn't move and thus has no maintenance requirements and is cheaper.  It's could be summed up as 'a design to move antennas around to achieve optimal directionality wrt a target.' It's nothing new, and is not specific to 5G.

Did you actually understand the Patent Paul? do you actually know how mobile phone networks work?
