Hi all,

I read today that by 2030 Scotland will be a snow-less desert with a doomed ski industry - so we better get cracking.

I climb II/III and I'm looking to gain experience and push up the grades. Have rope, rack, transport and a North Face tent that we could put up at the bottom of the crag all weekend...

I'm looking to get out as much as the conditions allow whilst mixing things up between steep skiing and and XC trips - heading to backcountry Norway and Hardangervidda  next year.

I enjoy ridges, long days and abject suffering. I've undertaken multiple expeditions in sub zero climes and frenetic interests include caving, diving, niche music and ecological art.

Hi Michael,

I've done a bit of winter climbing, as I did a Moran mountain winter mountineering course in February, haven't been able to use it since. Anyway I am keen to get out and about if you're still keen? I am free most weekends for a day or two, except the weekend of the 7th/8th Dec.

I am based in Aberdeen.

Cheers,

Steven

To clarify: I lead III, but second IV/V/VI with a mixture of creative cursing
