Hi hivemind, hope you're all staying relatively (in)sane and healthy.
We are 3 ~28 year olds driving to Chamonix for 8 days of alpine (AD+), multipitch trad (VS/HVS) and sport-sport-sport (up to 6c). We'll be camping in L'Argentiere.
If you enjoy pain (au chocolats), sarcasm, and unusual musical spheres (reggaeton anyone?) we're looking for someone who a) wants a lift and can split the fuel cost then do their own thing there... or b) if you can stand the banter - a 4th climbing partner!
We shall be driving from Aberdeen via Glasgow then heading south...
Alpine routes on the list include:
Peigne Normal Route (AD+ 4c) South East Ridge, Tour Ronde (AD 2) Traverse des Petits Charmoz (AD+ 4c) Southeast Ridge, Index (AD 4c) Southeast Ridge, Ronde (AD 2)
East Ridge, Pyramid du Tacul (AD+ 5a)
+ Brevent sport multi's and did we mention the pastries?
Recent group exploits include skiing Fuselage Gully, multi-pitch at Carnmore, sport in Bulgaria and cracking the Mullardoch round.
