From Glasgow. Can there really be only one service on a Sunday, leaving at 6.21 pm? and that nearly takes 4 hours.

The most essential piece of kit for a hill walker is clearly a car.

Citylink bus is faster and more frequent!

Scottish Citylink buses leave Glasgow at 7am and 10am (and later times, but I'm assuming you won't want these) and take 3 hours.

In reply to Flinticus: No, its time. Too much rushing around in a car.

Probably cheaper too. And you can scope out conditions in Glen Coe as you pass

The train is probably more comfortable, though, and just feels more civilised.

Train is £13 odd quid, bus £22 oddly!
