Hopefully the right category, sorry if not.

I am heading up to North Wales near the end of this month, does anyone have a bunk house they would recommend for 2 people (not a group which I am used to booking for) in the Llanberis area? Turning up late Friday and leaving early Sunday. Ideally a location that is accessible even if there has been snow (I am keeping my fingers crossed)

Try the YHA in Llanberis. We stay a couple of months ago and it's pretty decent, and a 5 minute walk into town. Don't mistake it for the one at Pen-y-pass though!

Lodge Dinorwic

Pete's Eats

Any of the YHAs (PyP, Llanberis, Gwynant)

Eric's Barn (Tremadog, so 20-30 mins from Llanberis)

I stayed in Lledr House hostel last year. You would likely be in a dorm, has self catered kitchen etc. Within striking distance of Betws-y-Coed so you can pick up some fish and chips for supper on the way in.

No idea about snow, but it is directly off an A road.

Alternatively might Gwern Gof Uchaf bunkhouse be open at this time of year? Worth a ring:

Capel Curig.

Very basic but right next to the Moel Siabod cafe and Bryn Tyrch Inn so you have a couple of great places for food and beer.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. Going for petes eats as it seems like the easiest option, and I know the breakfasts are great. Fingers crossed winter comes back in the next couple of weeks!
