Does anyone have a route description for this please? Does it differ much from the winter climb line described in Dan Bailey's Scotland's Mountain Ridges book?

Cheers

Check out the SMCs Northern Scrambles book.

It's terrible, save it for winter!

Perhaps terrible is too strong, but unless it's been dry for a while you are forced either to climb steep muddy grass, or rock that is definitely harder than Moderate.

The line is fairly obvious. There's a couple of pics on this old blog post to give you an idea of the terrain

I was lucky enough to discover this in the very hot summer of 1983 and things were very dry   You didn't see a soul up there then, walking out of the camp at Kishorn.  Just as well as the heat had me walking in underpants at one point and still dripping with sweat.

Thanks for posting that - you've awakened an urge to go and revisit

Thanks all. Given the weather forecast next week I don't think I'll be doing it in my underpants!
