Mrs Wilko has had a pair of these for about 5 years now, but the plastic bits that link the three component parts are looking like failing anytime, and they are needed to enable locking out the poles. Has anyone else experienced this, and can they be repaired? A quick internet search revealed nothing.

Try Needlesports, they had stock of replacement parts for our poles.

Thanks for the suggestion Jenny. Did you have the Black Diamond carbon fibre poles? Looking at them, I wouldn't expect the repair would be a DIY project.

No it was Ali poles, still worth speaking to be them to see if spares are available.
