Is North Wales open again?

So, there seems to be conflicting information all over various websites.

Is North Wales back open in terms of access to mountainous areas, or are there still restrictions/closed car parks?

Yep. Mountains open. Popular areas are busy parking wise but aren’t they always.

I'm actually slightly surprised that it's so busy given that the vast majority of holiday accommodation has not yet reopened.  That said, I suppose most of the North West can daytrip it and are probably bored of just going to the Lakes.

And before that no driving anywhere at all except for essentials. Not nonsense; an absolute pain in the backside.
