I'm hoping to be able to go for a hillwalk in Wales tomorrow. It would be my first in months and may well be the last opportunity in months again, so I'm pretty desperate to go.
I'd be heading to the Black Mountains in Monmouthshire (no extra restrictions there) from Bristol (Tier 1). The entire journey could avoid any areas with increased restrictions. And of course the hillwalking is as close to a COVID risk-free activity as you could hope for.
I'm not aware of any legal restrictions stopping me from going. However I have noticed Drakeford suggesting possible further restrictions on border crossings. What's the feeling about this? Would I be best advised going elsewhere in England? I don't want to piss people off or incite tensions.
