Descending from the SE end of Beinn Damph

I'm looking at a running route that would involve the above but I'm not sufficiently familiar with the ground to know what the best route would be.

Any ideas?

Hi Dave, not done it myself but the Grahams book mentions the ridge from Drochaid Coire Roill as a way to include Beinn Damh with Beinn na h-Eaglaise. It doesn't mention any difficulties.

Nothing difficult on it - there's even a couple of subtle cairns to mark the way. See here:
