Dartmoor Byelaw changes vote

According to the beeb,  DNPA members to vote on planned rule changes (assume to become Byelaw changes) on Friday this week.

At a first look, the proposals seem a whole lot more sensible and enforceable than the stuff that came for consultation last year.
