Do you know if the old military road remains open this afternoon to allow access from Arrochar to Rest and Be Thankful view point and beyond?

It is open, convoy system in place. The old military road by-passes the view point. It's total mayhem and best avoided at the moment. Expect very long delays.
Sounds like not much chance of getting from Arrochar to the start of either ben donich or bainn an lochain ?
I'd avoid it like Covid-19.
