After 5 years I've decided to wash my jacket, it was getting pretty scabby.
Internet wisdom seems to say 2-3 hours to dry a down jacket but manufacturers say hydrophobic down will dry significantly quicker...but they don't say how significantly.
Im sat in the laundrette now, it's been in the tumble dryer for about 40 mins with a few shakes and seems dry to me.
Anyone have any experience drying a hydrophilic down jacket and how long it took to dry?
Getting bored and want to go to the wall once it's done!
