Does anyone still make waterproof jackets with roll away hoods, or hoods that can be retained with a strap?

Both my Rab waterproofs and a Montane soft shell have straps to hold the hood. I think those are quite common, though not terribly effective at keeping it restrained if it's windy.

my 'new' jacket (bought a little over a year ago) has a strap to hold the collar in place when its rolled - its from the French company Vertical so maybe not on sale in the UK - https://www.verticalmountain.com/fr/vertical-veste-santi-summit-mp-vestes-v...

I reviewed the Rab Zenith Jacket recently, which has a strap retaining the hood https://www.ukhillwalking.com/gear/clothing/waterproofs/rab_zenith_jacket_a...

My ME citadel(I think that’s what it is) has a retaining strap. Not sure how effective the strap is though as I don’t think I’ve tried it - rolled up hoods drive me mad. Feels like you are walking around with one of those daft little travel pillows on
