Anyone any idea where you can get a replacement lid for the MSR Windburner Stove?

I got one through cascade designs a couple of years back. Just sent a nice email saying i lost it and they sent one in the post.

I called First Ascent Ltd (Matlock, Derbys) a few years ago. Very helpful and
seemed to be a distributor. They may also trade as 'Cascade'. Not sure if they will still be there now.
