I'm having real problems getting a response from PhD bags 

Keep calling them up. All I get is an ansaphone.

My bag has a small tear in it. was hoping they'd repair it.

Any ideas? Want to talk to one of them, prefer not to email....

Nope change of plan, apparently you need to wear two of them at the same time.

Nope... News just in, you have to wear a third jacket over the top, phew... that feels warm

Do you sell the zip pullers attached to the Epsilon belay jacket? The long, fabric, fluorescent ones
