Mountain Equipment - Good Service

Hello,

Just wanted to tell you about good service I received from Mountain Equipment. A few weeks back I broke my zip on my 2 year old Lifeline jacket. I asked them if they did a repair service. They got back to me asked me if I could send it in to see if it could be repaired. It came back fixed free of charge - excellent service !

They didn't have a spare hood to my 40 year old Annapurna duvet, but they did send me equally funny email reply to my request.
