Cracking customer service from the bods at Lowe Alpine (Exped) after Ryan Air ripped off one half of the chest strap of my climbing pack over Xmas (yeah, I know I should have removed it)
I emailed them to see if they sold the direct replacement rather than their generic one only for them to have a rummage through the spares box and pop me a free replacement in the post.
The new chest strap has a whistle on the buckle too which was my only minor niggle with the pack.
All I need now is some weather cold enough to get out and actually use the bag now...
