I'm in the market for a pair of shoes. I broke my ankle last July and so I am still recovering with some flexability and range of movement issues, I think due to ligament scarring. I returned from Italy just as the Pandemic started and in my rush I managed to leave my last generation Boreal Dharmas behind. I'm definitely a Boreal person - had Crux's, Old Aces, Joker Velcro, Joker lace and Blades in he past. I'm wondering if the new ace would fit the bill as I think I will need something slacker than usual and therefore with a bit more support. What are peoples experiences like with them so far? I read the article here about them which suggests they are narrower and good for people with a longer second toe (I have this but not the former)... any info most welcome seeing as in the current situation I'm going to have to take a punt... My normal shoe size is 11 or 46...
