Black Diamond Speed Ascent 40 or ME Tupilak 37+?

Hi

I've narrowed down my choice of pack for cragging through to winter climbing down to 2 options. The BD Speed 40 or the ME Tupilak 37.  I've seen the ME cheapish somewhere so the fat price tag isn't too bad, but the BD is definitely cheaper. What would you go for and why? Has anyone any experience of both?
