I have a number of maps that I am about to throw away. If anyone would like the OS download codes before I do please ask, thanks.

OL1 Peak District (Dark Peak Area)

OL22 New Forest

OL12 Brecon Beacons (W)

OL13 Brecon Beacons (E)

OL28 Dartmoor

OL44 Torquay and Dawlish

145 Guildford and Farnham

181 Chilterns Hills North

Donate old maps to your local charity shops if they are no longer wanted - or offer on here for the cost of postage.

I use Active maps with students on their DofE expeditions, therefore they are generally delaminated and covered in Sharpie marks after 2 or 3 seasons. Any that are usable as training aids, rather than for actual navigation, I donate to my local Scouts.

I'm sure you already know this, but acetone (nail varnish remover) works really well to clean Sharpie off laminated maps.

Is Sharpie the same as permanent marker? If so alcohol and alcoholic hand gel work too.

Just write over permanent marker with a dry wipe marker and it wipes straight off.

Yeah, we use that all the time (as well as meths!!!) However after multiple expeditions the acetone takes it's toll on the maps and we have to upgrade.

Yes, I know... but after mulktiple expeditions over 2 or 3 years the map delaminates and you struggle to remove any more sharpie.
