Hi

My son and I had a guide booked for a few days with ISM based in leysin but they’ve just had to do a last minute cancellation due to their guide having Covid.

We staying for 2 weeks and have personal climbing plans based out of Frutigen. Any advice or recs for a guide for a couple of days at short notice or others to climb with.

Our first alpine trip but fairly experienced in the uk and have all the kit we need and have driven.

thanks

Worth looking at Alpinschule Adelboden/Kandersteg if you're in Frutigen type area

I’m not familiar with the Frutigen area but I’d expect there will be lots to do that wouldn’t require a guide. Certainly lots of cragging around Interlaken.

If you avoid glaciers you’ll not need a guide.

Schwarzhorn for instance will give good views of the Eiger etc…
