Hi All,

What guidebook do folk use for peaks under 4000m in Italy? I can't seem to find any.

Many thanks

Matt

Try gulliver.it

Also the CAI guides are works of art, if in Italian.

I know the Aosta peaks quite well if you have queries about that area

Thanks MG. I've climbed in Cogne about 4 trips, done Lyskamm from the Italian side. Also Castor and Pollux from Swiss side. Also know Bernina, but not much else. Fancy Gran Paradiso, but need something lower to warm up on. I'll have a look at the site.

La Tresenta and Ciarforon are good warmup options for GP, and right next door.

Thanks MG, they both look good.
