Looking for a bit of advice from anyone who has climbed this recently.  I climbed it about 25 years ago with the Scouts, and am returning with family.....problem is I can't remember which route we did.  I remember it was easy rock climbing with the occasional staple, but not a via ferrata. Suspect it was the West ridge, which I think is the easiest route, but this is described on Summitpost as a 'cable route'.  Anyone know if this is a reference to the odd staple or if it is now a full via ferrata?  Any other recent info on the route greatly appreciated.

In reply to Traveller: We did it a couple of years ago, the west ridge is now a full via ferrata from the col across from the hut to the summit.
