David Tennant and Michael Sheen.  Or possibly Michael Sheen and David Tennant, more or less just buggering about.  Plus 'guest star' cameos.  Really impressive ones.

Yes, I think so.  It was filmed entirely under 'lockdown' conditions, so everyone is working from home.

Jo the producer (Nina Sosanya) is the only completely fictional character, and Simon the director actually is the director.  He's obviously much better at it in real life!

Fun fact, David Tennant's wife Georgia, who is also one of the shows producers, as well as being married to a former Dr Who, is the daughter of a former Dr Who (Peter Davison).
