Yes, the idea of "discovering" a place that already had an indigenous population was certainly a concept I was raised on but appears so obviously flawed now.
Thanks for the interesting link. However, it's worth noting that "Exploration is a flawed notion" as an idea is decades old at least. It's still worth reading about and discussing, of course
