I agree, watched it with my two young boys. They were properly angry at the end which I suppose got the message across nicely. Led to a conversation about racism and segregation.
I haven’t seen it, as I don’t watch Dr Who, but I’ve seen comments about it elsewhere and it sounds a bit like a 1989 episode of Quantum Leap (in which, somewhat patronisingly, a time travelling white person is the necessary catalyst for some Civil Rights ding dang doo)
I accidentally watched last week's episode and got hooked by a Yorkshire accent. This weeks was compelling and I really liked it. I think this could be a really interesting series.
