Have you watched the new Netflix doc our planet - narrated by Attenborough so you know its good. The episode about forests has a section on Chernobyl and how the wildlife has returned. It brilliant how if we stop ruining nature we've still not gone too far to let it recover if it gets the chance.

When I was staying in Ukraine with my friend, I told her I’d like to see Chernobyl, as it was the 1980s Soviet Union frozen in time. She looked and swept her arm around us and laughed. She had a point...
