Spurred on by Trump commuting Stone’s sentence today I watched this documentary on Netflix.

I really had no understanding  of who Stone was, and his history. Turns out the guy has been pulling strings in Washington going back to the days of Nixon (of whom he has a tattoo of). 

Absolutely fascinating watch, and highly recommended, if you can avoid putting your foot through the tv screen!

Thanks for pointing this out. Watched it last night as I'd seen the headlines this week but like yourself didn't have any understanding of who he was.

Enjoyed it.. Blood pressure and alcohol intake increased the more I watched but TV still in one piece. 

Scary times.

Definitely think they've shared the same barber / toupee specialist throughout their friendship. 

Yes, excellent documentary! If you are interested in that kind of thing, have you seen the documentary on Robert McNamara, "The Fog of War"? Bit more historical, but that guy makes Stone et al. look like puny amateurs!
