I'm a bit confused. According to UKC Winspit has no access issues, however the Rockfax app claims that it's restricted and you may be asked to leave. Winspit

The Rockfax guide that the app would be based on was published in 2012 so the situation could have changed.

The land east of the cove is owned by the National Trust who have a relaxed attitude toward climbing.

The land west of the cove is privately owned, the owner has asked that no more bolting should occur, and that groups do not climb here. He does not want climbers dominating the area so that others can enjoy it as well.

It is fine and you can go climbing there. The warning is just there as a standard addition to most quarries since climbing is not officially allowed in many of them.
