Vivian Quarry
A reminder that people should not be climbing on the lower levels above the pool in Vivian Quarry when the commercial diving centre is operating. There have been a few occasions recently when the operators have had to delay or suspend their diving operations due to there being climbers on the faces above the pool (this includes the Bathtime wall, and all the routes on the lower level from Dawes of Perception to and including the Psychotherapy wall.
If there are re-occurrences then pressure would be put on Gwynedd Council to actively prohibit all climbing here.
Also there is currently a request from the owners Gwynedd Council, that climbers do not climb here until the ongoing safety work on the historic aerial cableways are completed.
