Hi there,

Was thinking of going to Tremadog next week but not sure on the parking situation there at the moment. Would be good to hear from anyone who has been recently.

Thanks in advance

Mike.

Eric's car parking still isn't open except for cafe visitors, the BMC car park spots are open, but fill up quickly. People have been parking on the verge but that isn't ideal.

Thanks Alex.

Where are the BMC carparks? Are they walking distance to the crag?

If you haven't been before the BMC parking spots are on the left (driving from Tremadog village) immediately after you pass Eric's campsite/cafe(which would be on the right). They are right below the crag. There is space for four/five cars parked carefully, this has been overflowing onto the grass verge under the trees recently.

For upper tier (Pant Ifan) you park outside of the old industrial yard when leaving Tremadog village (there its lots of parking here, just don't park in front of the gates).

There is also a large lay-by on the L side of the road between Pant Ifan upper tier parking and Bwlch y moch parking. Parked there on Saturday of BH weekend, only saw 2 or 3 other vehicles there. About 10 minute walk to Eric’s along the road.
