This is a bit of an appeal for information following a report via the RAD of a dead peregrine under Standing Stones. The report came in as a comment which doesn’t give us any contact details but it would be great to get some more information if possible.
I’ve passed the information provided so far on to the RSPB Investigations Team who have been out for a look today but couldn’t find the bird. If the person who made the report sees this post could you drop an email to mark.thomas@rspb.org.uk to see if there is any additional information you might have which would aid them in investigating.
Many thanks for making the report and just to highlight to anyone who does need to report anything suspicious regarding raptors to please include contact details in case we need more details.
