I very nearly shoved a cam into a roosting bat on Elliott's buttress direct at Gardoms edge today. Hopefully he or she is out and about right now, no harm done, but I was wondering if crags / routes would ever get "bat banned"?

Is it something the BMC would be interested in?

I've only ever seen them on the wing. They seem smaller when trying to sleep!
