Rockfall has been reported from the pillar climbed by Dapper Dan (6a) on the Upper Tier of Horseshoe Quarry, potentially leaving unstable blocks in place which could be dislodged by a climber or fall on their own. We recommend avoiding this and adjacent routes for the time being until an inspection can be made to determine what (if anything) can be done to resolve any remaining instability.
