What's current access with Moss Rake? Rockfax says no agreed access but have seen people there recently.
Is it a case of be subtle?

The landowner is unlikely to care about climbing itself - but parking is a big issue if lots of cars go up the tiny lane through Rowland.

Go on RAD and apparently the birds haven't been very randy this year.
Says the birds have failed and the restriction has been lifted early.

That's why that village sounds familiar! I was sure Moss Rake was no where near Rowland but wasn't 100%
