Come along to our next gathering of Peak District climbers and walkers and get involved in the work of the BMC. Area meetings are run by volunteers and are your chance to join in with debate and influence decisions about what happens in your area as well as the rest of the country.

Date: Wednesday 13 September 2017, starting at 7.30pm
Venue: The Maynard, Main Road, Grindleford S32 2HE

All are welcome; food will be provided by the BMC.

Come all you people who have told me how the BMC should operate, what they should do for their members, how they should look after climbers and crags etc etc .
Get to the meeting and make your voices heard! If you care that much it must be worth missing an evening of TV or whatever.
Most of you look at me oddly when I say come along. Your opinion may not hold sway but at least you can voice it where others will hear it instead of just grumbling around the crag/bar/wall/UKC forum! You never know there may be more who agree with you!

For all of you that didn't go you missed a bloody good meeting. Lots of topics were covered including those that you asked me about. The chips were also good and plentiful!
