They look most probably Rock Pipits. They aren't usually too worried round there about people - quite commonly follow around kayakers.
In any case there have been at least 20 DoWH ascents logged on UKC in June alone (while this pair would have been incubating eggs and rearing these chicks when young) so it's unlikely that climbers will upset them unduly in the week or two until these youngsters fledge.
I guess the only advice would be 'move through quickly rather than hanging around the area'..... But I guess this isn't likely to be a big issue here.....
