as posted on UKC, there is a current ban on climbing at Alcalali, supposedly by the Archeology Dept of Alicante University. I have passed by many times since the start of the ban but have seen no evidence of any person there doing any kind of investigation. Could this be a covert attempt at a total ban on climbing for some other purpose?
