With prime cycling season in June coming up I thought I'd post up our guide to cycling the Sellaronda. This is a world famous cycling tour around the Sella Massif, in the Dolomites. You could combine it with a climbing trip quite easily, and it's a relatively straightforward day covering 45 odd km, and 1800mH. The views are utterly stunning and there's plenty of places you'll want to stop off for a bite to eat or an isotonic racing beer.

Best day out I've ever had on a bike, too. Breathtaking views. And the second best day out... going over the Campolongo, and then the Falzarego, right next door.

Did it as a figure of 8 from Canazei, up the Sella over the Campolongo, Falzarego, Campolongo and then the Pordoi to finish.  Fantastic day out, brilliant views and roads with an awesome overtaking session with a group of bikers down the Pordoi to Canazei!  Can't believe I was allowed to take my bike on our honeymoon.

She must be under the misapprehension that she is your first love.
