We’re planning an extended ride around Shropshire and thinking of leaving the car overnight for one night at the Wrekin car park. Not knowing the area at all, just wondered how safe is the car park, how big (are we taking liberties) and if a bad idea, any better suggestions.

I don't know the Wrekin car park but, if your ride takes in the Long Mynd, I have left a car parked overnight in the Carding Mill Valley without any problems.

Thanks for the shout - we’re staying overnight in Bishops Castle so were looking for somewhere further north to start 

I’m not sure how much I’d fancy the Wrekin car park overnight.
