You have a few to choose from within 30 miles of Harrogate:
Wetherby Railway Path - pleasant disused railway route although some degraded surfacing west of Wetherby. On road section through Wetherby requires care. https://www.sustrans.org.uk/ncn/map/route/wetherby-railway-path
York to Selby Railway Path - peaceful disused railway route with lots of ecological interest and a scale model of our solar system! Pretty good surface throughout. https://www.sustrans.org.uk/ncn/map/route/york-to-selby
Ossett to Dewsbury Greenway - short but interesting route and all downhill from Ossett towards Dewsbury and Savile Town. Tunnel and viaducts to cycle through and over if you like your railway heritage. Good surface. Links to the Spen Valley Greenway via a rather bumpy canal towpath around the south edge of Savile Town. https://www.sustrans.org.uk/sites/default/files/file_content_type/dewsbury_...
Spen Valley Greenway - a very well used and popular greenway providing a rural corridor in an otherwise urban environment. Good surface throughout. https://www.sustrans.org.uk/ncn/map/route/spen-valley-greenway
Also, some more general easy-going ride suggestions here:
