Bottle full of tools - Fremington Edge

Stopped to pick up what I thought was a discarded water bottle on the descent down to Arkengarthdale (some way off the path) but turned out it was full of tools. Intended to hand in at the bike centre in Fremington but then forgot! Thought I'd post in case anyone is/knows the owner. Failing that can anyone suggest an alternative forum where I should post? Is there an equivalent lost/found MTB forum or Facebook group?
