The Climbers Shop (Ambleside) is bringing 56 years of specialist climbing, mountaineering, walking and running expertise to Milton Keynes and we are looking for a dynamic leader to join our supportive management team and run our new outlet in Stony Stratford opening in Spring 2016.
You will need to be a passionate outdoors person dedicated to offering the very highest levels of customer service. A proven track record in working as a strong team player with extensive retail experience is preferred and you must have the ability to work under your own drive and initiative while motivating your team of staff. Confidence to use your strong interpersonal skills is a must so you can build a lasting rapport with customers ensuring they choose to shop with us time and time again. A sound knowledge of climbing and mountaineering equipment is essential. Hours of work will generally be five days on, two days off with weekend work required.
