Good effort Mick! Looks like it was a lovely day for a run in the hills - great photos. I'd like to enter some of those Lakes classics next year if I'm fit enough. Cheers

Nice photos Mick and good to see you. I was going well until around the bad step, then got terminal cramp in calves and gingerly jogged the rest of the way. What a day though! - always been my favourite race. Cheers Jonathan
