• the stews are freeze dried and contains only up to 5% water. That is a lower water percentage than well-dried Birch wood!
• it’s developed and produced by Drytech AS in the little town of Tromsø, above the Artic Circle, and is distribute to big parts of the world.
• it’s mainly made of natural Norwegian ingredients.
• we follow nutritional recommendations from the health directorate.
• the stews are prepared and cooked in our kitchen by our very own chefs before they are freeze dried.
• our food is vacuum sealed after drying, this method gives it a 5 year shelf life from production date. When the product is opened it should be considered as a fresh product and can be kept in the fridge for up to a week.
