Salomon are launching their new range of fast and light Alpine clothing and footwear this spring, including a Gore-Tex shoe with an integral gaiter, that you can wear with a flexible crampon – and this slightly crazy looking 20 litre backpack.

Outside were invited to try out the range in Chamonix last year and we were really impressed with some of the ideas they’ve developed. So much so that you’ll be able to buy the Salomon S-LAB X ALP range exclusively from Outside until March.

To brighten up your mountain life a little, we’ve got one of the X ALP 20 packs, worth £100 to give away. And to win it you’ll have to take a few minutes to watch the video on Outside’s Salomon S-LAB X ALP 20 then CLICK HERE to enter.
